Can I reschedule the delivery time?

We understand how important it is to ensure there are no nasty surprises when dealing with such a sensitive item. When your order is processed for shipment, you'll receive a tracking number that enables you to track your doll's exact location along with the delivery date and estimated time.

The courier service we use is FedEx or UPS standard delivery which can be signed for. We strongly advise signing up for an account when you receive your tracking number and ensuring they know your delivery requirements. You can also register for email updates or phone updates.

If you need to change the delivery time, use your tracking number and courier contact details to liaise directly with the courier. You'll have approximately 7–14 days to do this from the day you receive your tracking number. Alternatively, you can request your package be left in a safe place if you cannot be home to take delivery.

If you give us your contact phone number during checkout, we will pass it on to the courier so that they can contact you if there are any issues.
