European Union Countries: 7–14 working days.

Why is my doll taking so long to arrive?

Delivery times are estimates based on average shipping times. These can vary depending on your location, choice of the doll, the time of year, manufacturer, and selected options.

Customized doll manufacturing usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your selected custom options. It may stretch up to 4 weeks to 3 months for hyper-realistic dolls from manufacturers like Top Sino, Irontech, Zelex and Starpery, etc.

We will send you the factory photos and videos to verify your doll’s completion. Once we receive your confirmation that your doll's details are in order, we will package it for shipping.

Once shipped, we will update your order with the tracking number. You can easily track the location of your dolls from the shipping confirmation email that we sent to you.

On rare occasions when an unavoidable delay happens during the production of your doll, we will email you.

Please be informed that shipping times will be delayed considerably for the yearly Chinese New Year holiday as most sex doll manufacturers shut down for 2–3 weeks.

What happens after I order my doll?
