Our Relationship with the Manufacturer: Both the manufacturers and we want satisfied customers and want to help. Still, sometimes it takes work to separate the responsibilities. We have a legal agreement, which is the order you made. There is no formal agreement between you and the manufacturer. However, based on our relationship with the manufacturers, they are always willing to be responsible for any genuine defects. Although the contract is between us, we may involve a manufacturer in the discussion if a doll has factory defects.


Order Fulfillment Responsibilities: We are responsible for order fulfillment. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will proceed with a refund. As shipping is part of the order, even if it is 'outsourced' to the manufacturer or a shipping agent, we are responsible for delivery too.
